A-Live-Psychic Advisor Code of Ethics

    1. A-Live-Psychic understands the great responsibility that is held by our psychic Advisors. It is the responsibility of our Advisors to respect the dignity and promote the welfare of our members. We require that all Advisors treat members with the utmost respect, compassion and professionalism, which includes being completely focused on members and their needs.

    2. To protect the unique nature of the psychic process, A-Live-Psychic does not provide Advisors with tools for taking notes or sharing member information. Confidentiality is a must, and any advisor that breaks confidentiality of our members will be immediately taken off A-Live-Psychic.

    3. For the members protection, it is forbidden for an Advisor to request personally identifying information of any kind from a member, for any reason.
    
    4. For the safety and confidentiality of the service and this community, our Advisors use are allowed to use pseudonyms to represent themselves. A-Live-Psychic will never authorize an Advisor to share their personal or business information to a member for any reason. Advisors working on A-Live-Psychic may not give out any personal information to any member, be it email address, phone number, home address, personal business website, personal home address, or any other information deemed as personal that is associated with the Advisor.
    
    5. It is forbidden for an Advisor to directly ask for money or to solicit outside business from a member. Virtual romantic or personal relationships with members outside of the context of psychic services is forbidden.
    
    6. To ensure both members, and Advisors security and protection, all services are to be conducted through A-Live-Psychic.
    
    7. Members have the freedom to choose to connect on an ongoing basis, one time, or as frequent, or non frequent as they shose with a psychic Advisor through our service, and to terminate a conversation or chat at any time.
    
    8. Our Advisors must avoid imposing their personal beliefs and behaviors, attitudes, values, sharing these only to the extent that they may support the member in understanding the message of the psychic reading.
    
    9. Our Advisors understand that trust is at the heart of the service relationship, and work to earn the trust of our members through honesty, professionalism and confidentiality. A-Live-Psychic will not knowingly disclose the content of the interactions between our members and Advisors. By making use of the video, audio, and chat and messaging services members consent to the content of these communications being recorded and/or saved privately for the members protection and quality assurance. As with other counseling relationships, confidentiality may not apply in circumstances where there is imminent danger of harm to self or others, or if legal requirements demand that confidential information be revealed.
    
    10. Our Advisors aspire to be open, honest and accurate in their readings. A-Live-Psychic will not reward Advisors for prolonging reading length beyond what is in the member's best interest or in any way dictate the content of the reading.
